Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Revuin (the "Service"), operated by Recuip AI Technology Private Limited ("Revuin," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62099OD2026PTC053029), with its registered office at First Floor, Plot No 260A, District Centre, Chandra Sekhar Pur, Bhubaneswar, Khorda - 751016, Odisha, India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Revuin provides (a) SEO tools — including rank tracking, keyword research, site audits, backlink analysis, and AI-assisted content tools — accessible through a credit-based and/or subscription system, (b) a freelance marketplace and job board ("Marketplace") connecting independent SEO freelancers ("Freelancers") with businesses seeking SEO services ("Clients"), (c) the Revuin Android app, which provides Google Business Profile optimization assistance, AI-generated content, posting planning, and copy/share workflows for small businesses, and (d) the Revuin AI SEO Auditor Chrome extension ("Extension"), which audits the currently active webpage for on-page, technical, structured data, social preview, link, image, and AI visibility signals. "Service" refers to revuin.com, the Revuin Android app, and the Extension collectively unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

4. The Marketplace — Important Terms

• Platform only. Revuin connects Freelancers and Clients. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any agreement or transaction between them.
• No escrow or payment processing. Revuin does not hold, process, or guarantee payment for work performed through the Marketplace. Freelancers and Clients are solely responsible for negotiating and settling payment terms directly between themselves, outside the Service.
• No commission. Revuin does not take a fee or commission on work arranged through the Marketplace.
• No vetting guarantee. Optional verification badges do not constitute a guarantee of any Freelancer's or Client's skills, identity, or conduct. You are responsible for your own due diligence before engaging.
• Direct relationship. Any contract for services formed between a Freelancer and a Client is solely between those parties. Revuin has no liability for the performance, quality, legality, or outcome of that work.
• Taxes and compliance. Each user is solely responsible for any taxes, invoicing, and legal compliance arising from work arranged through the Marketplace.

5. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must reflect a genuine, completed interaction between the reviewer and the reviewed party. Fabricated, incentivized, retaliatory, or otherwise inauthentic reviews are prohibited. We may remove reviews, restrict review eligibility, or suspend accounts to protect the integrity of the platform.

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

SEO tool usage may require purchasing credits or a subscription, processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. Revuin does not store your full payment card or bank details. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not provide partial-period refunds except as required by law. Marketplace profile-boost purchases are processed the same way and are non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content;
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use;
• Mass-message or spam other users, or use the Marketplace to solicit unrelated commercial activity;
• Submit fraudulent reviews or proposals, or impersonate another person or business;
• Attempt to bypass account suspension, blocking, or other safety controls.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal requirements, or to protect the safety of other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Revuin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, portfolios, messages, job postings) but grant Revuin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

10. The Android App — Additional Terms

• No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular Google ranking, visibility, number of leads, number or content of reviews, or other business outcome from using the App.
• Review requests. The App's review-request feature is provided only for soliciting genuine feedback from actual customers. You agree not to use it to request, incentivize, exchange, or otherwise manipulate reviews in a way that violates Google's review policies.
• No automatic publishing. Unless a specific integration is separately released and clearly identified as such, the App does not publish content to your Google Business Profile, reply to reviews, or pull live performance data on your behalf — generated content is provided for you to review and post yourself.
• Review generated content before use. AI-generated posts and suggestions may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing it anywhere.
• Your compliance obligations. You are responsible for complying with Google's Business Profile policies and all applicable local laws when using content or features from the App.

11. The Extension — Additional Terms

• Local processing. The Extension audits the currently active browser tab locally in your browser. Page audit data is not sent to Revuin servers, except that the Extension may fetch publicly available technical SEO resources from the active page's own domain (e.g. robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt) to complete the audit.
• No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular SEO score, search ranking, or other outcome from using the Extension.
• Review before relying on results. Audit results and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying and acting on them.
• Permissions. The Extension requests only the browser permissions described in the Revuin AI SEO Auditor Privacy Policy, used solely to perform the audit and save your settings.
• Exports. Any JSON or CSV reports you export are generated locally by your browser; Revuin does not store them.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of SEO tool or AI-generated outputs, or any particular business outcome from using the Service, Marketplace, or App.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revuin and its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions or work arrangements between Marketplace users.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Revuin harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
